DESCRIPTION:Pointe-des-Cascades\, QC\nSaturday 16 May 2026\nA choice of scenic routes that follow the Soulanges Canal\, the Delisle River and the St-Lawrence River. Along the Delisle River the routes go through farmland. The terrain is predominantly flat\, though the longest route includes one larger hill in the middle. Trip lengths (and meters of vertical climb) are 62 km (69 m)\, 73 km (83 m)\, 92 km (89 m) and 116 km (212 m). Bring your own snacks and drinks for a social gathering in the park after the ride. \nFor more information\, please consult How Our Rides Work. \nVisit our Wiki (Cycling) to register for this week’s ride\, download maps\, and get weather-related updates. The signup sheet will be open from the Tuesday before a Saturday ride: sign up by Friday at 7 pm.
