We are Randonnée Aventure, Montreal’s friendly club for adult outdoor enthusiasts of all levels. Founded in 1986 as a not-for-profit, volunteer-run club, we organize Hiking, Cycling, Cross-Country Skiing and Snowshoeing outings.

Club NewslettersSince our club was begun in pre-internet days, one of our main means of communication was our now fondly remembered Club Newsletter, also known as Randonnews. These newsletters, which we produced from 1986 through 1993, can be viewed on our Club Newsletters page. 40 Years and Still Going StrongIn 2026, we celebrate the 40th anniversary of our club’s founding. To mark the occasion, a fun evening of hors d’oeuvres, wine & beer, and dancing was organized by a team of volunteers.
