Cycling Weekend Saint-Marc-des-Carrières, QC Friday 12 to Sunday 14 August, 2022 We are returning for two nights (Friday and Saturday) to a popular region not visited in many years. We will stay in Saint-Marc-des-Carrières, and have adapted the routes from previous trips to nearby Saint-Casimir. Beautiful routes on quiet country roads that meander through picturesque villages and along the river. Some routes use part of the Chemin du Roy, Quebec’s oldest road. St-Chrysostome, QC Saturday 27 August 2022 Rolling hills through country lanes in wooded areas. We pass in front of the Rockburn pub. The lunch stop is in Franklin, the best place for drinking spring water in Quebec. The 70 km ride is a bit more challenging after lunch but the descents are carefree.
