Little Burgundy is the historical home of Montreal’s Black English-speaking, working-class community.
This walk will highlight the history of jazz (Oscar Peterson, his sister Daisy, Oliver Jones), the legendary Rufus Rockhead’s Paradise nightclub, and the now-vanished neighborhood that was demolished in the name of urban renewal.
